This event is led by an experienced paranormal investigator and researcher in an authentic paranormal investigation at one of the most actively haunted locations in the South. After all others have left the property, guests will have the opportunity to explore the historic mansion in an attempt to experience paranormal activity first hand.

We share our paranormal investigative equipment, including but not limited to

  • KII meters: EMF detector
  • REM pods: proximity detection, ambient temperature sensor
  • EDI: EMF detector, digital temperature readout, geophone
  • FLIR thermal imaging camera
  • Voice recorders
  • P-SB7 Spirit Box
  • Mel Meters: digital EMF readout, digital temperate readout
We explain what each device measures and how to correctly use the equipment to seek out what cannot be explained by science.

The Lead Investigator will guide everyone through the property and explain the locations that frequently have the most reported activity (“paranormal hotspots”). We’ll also share some tips on how to investigate before withdrawing to allow guests to come face to face with the paranormal!

Time is allotted to focus in each of our three hotspot locations: the Lower Level of the Mansion, the Main Level of the Mansion, and the Carriage House in a true lights out paranormal investigation. After guests have spent time in each hotspot location, they may select which equipment to use and area they prefer to further investigate.
